Some days, it rains on your parade. Today I mean that literally.
We’ve been planning the View on Washington Open House event for 90 days. We wanted to show people the floor plans, the finishes, the views of DC and the Potomac River. Over 100 people RSVP’d, the food was on track, the DJ was ready to spin… then it started to rain.
This week’s vlog comes from an empty building that is going to be home to 10 luxury condos six months from now.
Progress — After this Open House event, we’re going to move on to constructing the new stair shaft and the elevator shaft, and finish all the structural work. We’re working on the retail space and we’re on schedule for summer delivery. Kevin Palka and I actually did some demolition on this personally! Kevin’s our amazing builder partner, founder of MVP Equities, and we’re excited to have him back.
Imagine living in a luxury condo with THREE walls of windows letting in all that natural light. Imagine the sunrises and sunsets!
We’re building 10 condos in Old Town Alexandria, right off King Street. The View on Washington will include:
- 2-bedroom condos
- 3-bedroom condos
- Two penthouse units
We’re giving you a look at what this building looks like now as a good “Before” shot. Get ready for some amazing “After” photos in about 6 months! 10 lucky homeowners will get to live here!
The View on Washington is coming in June 2021.
