Dan Lesniak is a billion-dollar real estate agent, best-selling author, investor, developer, and coach. He launched his real estate career after completing successful careers both as a Naval submarine officer and defense contractor. Dan’s HyperLocal strategy led to one of the fastest starts in real estate with over $22 million in sales in his first year.
“The moment you decide to fully commit is the moment you decided to succeed,” Dan says.
Since 2012, Dan has gone on to create the Orange Line Living Team, a premier real estate group in the Washington, DC area. The team merged with the Keri Shull Team in 2013, and in 2014 the combined teams ranked 4th in the world at Keller Williams. In 2015, Dan and Keri left Keller Williams to establish their own brokerage. The Wall Street Journal quickly ranked their team among the top 50 in the nation.
Since then, Dan and Keri’s combined team has grown to 80+ members and sells over $300 million in volume annually. REAL Trends ranks the team-owned brokerage #13 in the nation and #1 in the D.C. Metro Area.
“Unlimited growth,” Dan says, “is possible when you become comfortable with the uncomfortable.”
Dan has been coached by some of the world’s top coaches including Tony Robbins, Gary Vee, and Grant Cardone. Dan has helped start, invest in, and fund numerous businesses and real estate projects. He’s contributed to features by CNBC, Money, Business Insider, and Forbes on the topics of real estate, entrepreneurship, and productivity.
Dan enjoys endurance events that challenge both mind and body. He has completed 13 marathons, 6 Ironman triathlons, and the formidable White River 50 Mile Endurance Run.
Keri and Dan met in 2013 during a sales meeting at the Keller Williams office in Arlington, VA. At the time, Keri ran the biggest team in that office; the office leader introduced Dan by saying Dan’s team would give Keri’s a run for their money. Little did she know what would happen next.
In the ensuing weeks, Dan recruited Keri to form a joint venture with the title company he started. They quickly became great friends and discovered that they shared many core values: dreaming big; creating value for others; learning, competing, and thinking out-of-the-box.
At the end of 2013, Keri and Dan decided to merge their businesses. They married in 2014 and have three children together: Braden, Kierra, and Grayson. Keri is now expecting their fourth child in early 2021!
Dan and Keri thrive on the challenges and the rewards of working together to build a loving marriage, run multiple businesses… and empower others to do the same.
