In 2023, eXp Realty has already given back a quarter of a billion dollars, through revenue share and stock awards, to the agents that helped grow the company. And now, the biggest changes ever were just announced for the eXp Realty Revenue Share Plan. It used to be that you needed to jump up from 25 to 40 agents to get access to the seventh level of their revenue share program, which for most people over time will be the biggest level. However, eXp just dropped that requirement from 40 to 30 agents. This is huge.
