He learned early on the importance of being on a team – after he attempted to start his career solo. Being on a team helped him learn from others and grow. Once he was one of the highest producers on his team, he went out and started his own team, which became the Branham Group. He and the two other full-time agents on his team have no paid in-office support, instead choosing to delegate tasks to virtual assistants that help with marketing materials, managing the CRM, and sending out e-newsletters. Jimmy has seen the South Florida market from the volatile days of the early 2000s through the high demand placed on Florida real estate during COVID and the low inventory it has left buyers with today.
